Delivery Information

The following notes apply to UK customers only.  Customers from elsewhere should contact us by email (customerservices@qgifts.co.uk ), or phone - before buying - to discuss delivery options and prices.

Your purchase will be normally be despatched within one working day following our receipt of your order.  If, for any reason, we cannot despatch within this timescale we will contact you to explain the difficulties and discuss the options.

As a general rule, parcels will be delivered by the appropriate Royal Mail postal service. However, in exceptional circumstances, other operators providing equivalent services may be used.

The default service, with no charge for delivery, will be Royal Mail second-class parcel service.  The delivery aim for this service is  3 working days after despatch (not including Saturday or Sunday as working days). However, this is an aim on the part of Royal Mail and not a guarantee and occasionally longer delivery times may occur. Faster delivery services, with extra charges, are available at checkout.




 We accept payment by the following methods.  PayPal is the recommended method of payment and will result in the shortest delivery times.


This option allows you to pay via Paypal.  You may pay directly using your Paypal account if you have one or indirectly, via the Paypal system, using a credit or debit card.  In this latter case your card details remain hidden within Paypal and are not revealed to us.  Payment is made at the time you submit the order to us.  Since PayPal transactions effectively guarantee immediate payment, this payment method will result in the fastest possible delivery for your goods.

Direct Bank Transfer

After completing the order, please transfer the invoice amount to our account (Sortcode 404526, Account Number 11334603) using internet or telephone banking via your own bank. Use the order number as the payment reference. We will process the order as soon as we have confirmed your transfer.



Returns Policy

 We always carry out a detailed check on the quality of each item prior to packing.  If, however, you are not delighted with any item, please notify us at customerservices@qgifts.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt.  Then return the item, within 14 working days, in its original condition and retail packaging, to the address below, enclosing a note with the details and the reason for return.  We recommend that you return the parcel using recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  Please retain proofs of purchase and of posting as you may need these to make a claim with Royal Mail if the item is lost.  Goods are returned at your expense.  We will refund the value of the returned item, provided it and the retail packaging are in perfect condition.  The original postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.  Please note we can only refund to the Paypal account or card used to purchase the goods originally. 



Damaged Goods

 In the unlikely event that the goods arrive damaged, please notify us at customerservices@qgifts.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt and follow the returns process as outlined above.  We will refund the value of the returned item and postage costs.



Customer Complaints

 We do our utmost to ensure you experience the highest levels of customer service.  However, if for any reason you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us either by phone or by email and we will do our level best to address your concerns.



Privacy Policy

We do not disclose customer's information to third parties except as necessary for delivery purposes.  Data collected by this site is used to:

(a) take and fulfill customer's orders;

(b) administer and enhance the site and service;

(c) notify customers of new products and special offers, as requested.
